I saved it as an assembly .esa? here it is again: I am not at work right now so I really don't know...I am a cabinet maker at a large company and when I'm given a job to fab (usually a drawing) I try to run as many parts through the router as possible without bogging down the drafting department... ...

how do I cut this piece on the router?

Need to cut a seried of pieces like this for a large project....I made it using the display panel and display board function(tried it both ways)...but it will not nest... I was able to create a TWD however when I went to the router to get it cut there was nothing in the file(or control nesting didn'...

When cutting the dovetail joints... What happens with the default settings....will they cut ok? We are running trials on 3/4(plenty of scrap) and I want know what settings are best in e-cabs and which ones are best left for the operator(at the machine)... I have included the job file for your review...

Dan, Your idea is excellent...if I could I would...for me 750 is alot right now in a few months it shouldn't be though... As a matter of fact I took a job in a much larger shop with a thermwood router very far away form my home to kick start my cash flow so I could remain very choosy about which job...

Joe, Here is the job file...everything is run on 3/4 because we will be using whatever scrap we have to run this test...I changed the profile a little and got the front dovetails to nest but the inner bead on the d-fronts still wont go.. There is no \"thermwood\" option to run drawer front...

Saving job files to CD

I have emailed job files several times however when I write them to a CD they never come out right I get the message

\"E-cabs job data missing or invalid\"

What am I doing wrong...

This does not happen with TWD files....
