Joe... Here is a picture of what I am talking about...I get the issue with the edge profile on the drawers but the inner profile, groove or bead or whatever we call it... is not nesting or showing up on the G-code after the TWD file is run... are the dovetails on a drawer box front treated the same way as a profile? is that perhaps why they do not show up either?

No dovetails on d-box front when nested

I was hoping to do a trial run with some d-fronts tommorow and noticed that the dovetails do not show up on the d-box front #s 12 and 2 on the nesting diagram....

I can get the drawer front to nest but the profile does not show up on the nest...

here is what I came up with real quick, maybe you could piece together an assembly or something then lay it in there....I was thinking you could probably cut the pattern out of a display cube pretty quickly also....

so if you use manual hold downs(toggles) I assume they are located way out of the cutting area...

When you screw the boardstock through the spoil board how do you locate the screws...reference getting the board laid out on the cnc correctly...
