Dirty, Rusty tool holders and collets and spindle
at lot of time, caused by moisture in the air supply,

One more thing, check the voltage of the battery, you installed, if it is over 3.3 or under 3 you need to try another battery I bought some ikea batteries and they were over 3.3 volts and they would not work. So i installed them in a small flash lite and ran them down a little and they worked More t...
