I understand completely Dave, I build the same way. Makes it easy to nail too. I don't think a rabbeting feature is available in that area of the program yet, but the math is correct. :D

Welcome Dave, in construction setting left or right end, adding a negative number to the back inset will give you scribe.

I think it's obvious that the guy is comparing apples to oranges. The client needs to get a third price from a reputable shop to really see how outta whack this wood butcher is.

Hey, can't complain. Cherry & Mahog nice stuff to work with. We're about to start a library in Mahog. 110 sheets, 1/2 lift of solids, curved bookcases, coffered ceiling. Nice Christmas project. :)
