Hi Gordon, i would bet you could buy the librarys, give some one a week to learn the room layout and be producing drawings. I would say 90% of the people on this forum are business owners ourselves, although there are days I would lock this place up and come work for you for minimum wage!!Would I ha...

It just goes back to what I tell my clients, just because some one makes it, doesnt make it useful, just because some designer can sketch it, doesnt mean it will function. With that said I have done several kitchens with microwaves in the ba...

Yes we do pocket hole our faceframes. We use a 1-5/8 wide rail and style for the most part and even at that minimum width we dont have trouble with the pocket hole screw going through the dado. We only use one screw per joint as by the time you glue it and then dado and glue the box to the frame, it...

Hey Brian, I DONT do face frame, but when I do, or when I use to a lot, I had a pretty good system. To try to explain, I would cut all my face frame material to size, then I would cut a 1/4\" w.x 3/8\" d. dado in the back, 1/2\" in from edge, or really the thickness off my box materia...

Hey Mark, I use accurides undermounts and they require the same notch in the back, instead of notching, I just raise the whole back so no notching is needed. Could you just do the same with the front, the drawer front will cover.......Basically a removable bottom, from the front or back! Accurides d...

Hey Rob,
I have a oven for thermoforming solid surface. I think you can get something about 12\"x6\"x130\" in it. That might help you with the longer parts. You are welcome to it any time.

Hi Guys, I have to get something ready for the home show round coming up in March. I was wondering if any one had any cool display ideas to share with me. I am stuck as I have built ent. centers, Islands, and 10' wall displays. Keep in mind that I have to transport them and set them up at 5 shows in...
