thanks dave, i do like to think that they show the marriage of hand and machine, i probably should have pointed out earlier that the only g-code that was generated from ecabinets was for the basic cabinet insert. all of the other code was created in another CAM applacation. most of these operations ...

no we rounded the tennons, we also cut the tennons on the thermwood. i had to flip them to get both sides. i have done my share of this kind of work by hand, but you cant beat sitting there and watching the thermwood do it for you. we are in the process of purchasing the thermwood mortise and tennon...
