I'm not sure if somebody else has said this or not....
When doing the lighting for a presentation, being able to direct and focus the light would be great..
Not that I would like to seem ungreatful for the feature rich software we have.

I may be just missing something, but if you've got that much RAM ecabinets wont need to access the virtual memory. That is the speed killer.

I had this very same problem at about 2am this morning.
What I did in the end was to create a display panel and associate it to the cabinet.
