Re: Odd Nesting
I nested this in both the X and Y and it shows a few of the sheets this way. I also tried, as you suggested with changing the starting point and it was still very similar. With this job it adds the on shelf onto the last sheet all by itself when it could be nested in this one. :wall: Thanks Josh for...

Odd Nesting
Here are 2 screen shots of how this job is nesting.
It is very frustrating to see it nested this way when I know that it is nesting betting just a sheet before.
Is there any way to change this? What causes this?

Re: Cutting MDF Doors
Kerry, that door cut great once I added in the various settings for the profile modeler and the control nesting. The only issue that I see is that the rabbet was cut 13/16" wide instead of the 3/8" that you had set it for. Not sure why. I'll work with this a bit and let you know what I fin...

Re: Cutting MDF Doors
Thanks Josh for the feed back! I haven't done anything with layering in CAD so I am not sure how that works.

Cutting MDF Doors
I am trying to cut out some shaker MDF doors with an inserted 1/4" thick MDF center panel. The trouble I am running into is this; When cutting out the center panel it hogs it out with a 1/4" bit. How can I just have it cut it without hogging it out? The second step is to cut a rabbit into ...

Re: Is youbuild.com going to be like production sharing???
My question was in regards to the state of Ecabinets and its future given the current Youbuild direction. The response was... "The eCabinet Systems program is and continues to be a very important product for Thermwood and hopefully for its members. It has been a long time since we've been able ...

Re: Is youbuild.com going to be like production sharing???
I'm just curious as to how many who have posted on this thread have emailed directly Ken, Jason or any of the management at TWD? The forum is a wonderful tool and yes it is monitored by TWD, but sometimes it would be helpful to go directly to the source. I sent an email directly TWD management and r...

Thermwood will have a time extension ready before the 3 days are up. They always come through.Robert Chappelear wrote:I sure hope it is ready soon. I can't afford to be down right now. Does this happen every year?
