Hi Will,
No I have never been able to sort this out. I have not run any more of these files so I don't know if it is a one time anomaly or what. The post P we are using is using arcs commands so that could be why the starting code is not the same. I have attached a copy of the Post P .
Thanks,
Gerry

Re: sticky job file
It looks like you can only load one file as the super-control won't allow you to select more than one.

Re: sticky job file
Hi Tim,
That is something I have never tried. Don;t know if it will solve this problem but it might be handy I'll give it a try.
Thanks,
Gerry

sticky job file
Hello, I have come up against a rather strange problem. We have four job files produced with Aspire. They are a tiled job with 4 tiles, one file for each tile. Once I load one of these files I can not load another file without restarting the super-control software. If I try to load another file ther...

Re: 2007 CS45 strange video problem
Hi,
So I was looking for a PCI video card and found a nice ATI AGP card and thought what the heck I may as well try it..............IT WORKS!!!!
Both the other cards were Nvidia so I don't know if that was the issue but I don't care at this point
Thanks

Re: 2007 CS45 strange video problem
Hi Brad,
Yes it is very strange. The display is perfect other than the red tint. It doesn't seem like what you would expect from a failing AGP port? If I could track down a PCI video card I could try that otherwise I'm stumped.

2007 CS45 strange video problem
We have a red tint to our display screen on the controller that just showed up the last couple of weeks. Machine is a 2007 CS 45 with win XP operating system. I have changed video cables, video card, memory, and monitor none of which changed the situation. I have also booted to a linux operating sys...

Re: CS45 Ram Upgrade
Hi Will, That is the memory module I took out when I upgraded the ram in out controller. I think it would be the same in a machine of the same year but it never hurts to check if you are going to order some. We also updated the hard drive. I remember something about the setting to allow XP to use al...

Re: CS45 Ram Upgrade
Hi, The best thing to do if possible is to remove the memory in the machine and insure you get the same configuration for the upgrade. That being said I have a 2007 CS 45 and have taken a photo of the ram configuration info. I will attempt to attach it to this post. As Will has stated with XP 4 gig ...

Re: Rotary playback information
Hi, Our router has a 2' x 12' table and a 5'x12' table. The RPU came mounted on the same end as the pop up pins but on the 2' table. I assume the location information is somewhere on the machine and will take a look to see if I can find it. Our machine displays a dialog asking if we want to start th...

Re: Rotary playback information
I have the manuals that were on the router (PDF) but did not see anything in them describing the use of the rotary device.

Re: Rotary playback information
Hi Will,
I think that is the way to go. I need to get enough information to get started from Thermwood then I can pursue more involved procedures.
Thanks,
Gerry

Re: Rotary playback information
Hi Will, I don't think it is any surprise that these devices are under used there seems to be very little documentation from anyone on there use. We have a 7' wide table so we could leave it setup and use it for those special projects that come up once in a while. We have been taking on some odd job...

Rotary playback information
We bought a used CS 45 in 2011 that came with a rotary playback device. I would like to make use of this unit with both eCabinets and Aspire. Could someone who makes use of their playback unit point me at any information that would help get it up and running.
Thanks,
Gerry

Re: Ramp-in on arc issue
There is a setting to not do the finish pass on parts under a given size in CN.
I scratched my head for a couple of days before finding that one when cutting small drawer parts. If your parts are a good size it is likely not that setting.
