Thanks Scott,
How did you make that jpg? Were you able to use ecabinets? I would like to be able to change the colors based upon different customer requests.
Thanks again,
John

Custom Flooring
Is it possible to create a new texture that could be used to in flooring and wall images? The reason I am asking is, I am designing a garage where the customer would like a checkered floor. (White & Black) I have gone through and made a floor manually, as an object, but it is quite time-consumin...

Re: What Would You Like to See in Design Sharing?
Kerry, Design sharing is making more and more sense. You make a very great point regarding the time it take to make the necessary libraries, and in turn sharing them should end up paying for your time. I have created a pretty extensive library for different cabinets that we use so I will try to put ...

Re: What Would You Like to See in Design Sharing?
Kerry, I have wanted to look into this since you first told me about it back when I was looking for a 3D design program. This has become a great asset to our company, and now if I take the time and effort, this is a another direction that could also prove beneficial. Maybe many of us need reasurring...

Re: Tile Look in the Display Part Editor
Dan, I'm not sure I understand! I downloaded a esa file off the forum and exported into the display part editor. I then scaled it a multiple of 4 and it still comes out tiled. I figured that if I save it that way, then bring it into the layout and then render it, it may render clearly without...

Re: Corner sinks
Wally,
Here is a corner sink cabinet I just recently used for a kitchen design.
The counter top is just a top shelf that I made "top flush" in the construction settings, then I made a cut-out for the sink in the part editor.
Hope this helps!

Re: Tile Look in the Display Part Editor
Thanks all for your input! Kerry, I was afraid you would say that it wasn't possible. I tried making an object in the part editor that was a multiple of 4 then exporting it to the display part editor, and it still came out distored and tiled. I guess I'll just continue to use the symbols as an...

Tile Look in the Display Part Editor
Every time I take a display cube to the part editor that contains a picture, the picture gets distorted into a tiled look. Is there any way to prevent this from happening?
Thanks,
John

Re: What Would You Like to See in Design Sharing?
When I first started learning the program, I purchased a design library from Kerry and I found it very helpful in getting started. Creating a design library has been a point of interest to me, but as many have mentioned, TIME is a key factor as to why I haven't gone any further. The other, and maybe...

Re: 3D with ESA??
Thanks Kerry,
Now that I placed them into the assemblies folder, I saw that I have quite a few other ones.
Thanks for the help.

3D with ESA??
There are some 3D objects that end in .esa. My computer does not recognize this ending. Does anyone have any idea how I can access these objects.
Thanks!
Thanks!
