Problem with G-code!

I just nested 2 different parts made out of same material and it nests good, but when i try to write CNC, an microsoft error pups up saying that THM application caused a problem.
After that i did the parts separately and it works great.

What canbe the problem???

Thank You!

machine cutting too deep

CNC is cutting too deep on outline cuts. Dados and holes are fine it's just outline cuts.
Does anyone have a recomendation?

Thank you!

file path???

The cnc lost file path from when it makes cnc code to where it loads it in Supper Control.
It's trying to send it to c:\\DATA\\Rolin_Nest\\Cnc-File, and this even dosn' exist.

It shuld be d:\\DATA\\...

Did something similar happened to enyone...
How do i fix this?

thx

I was just tinking about this. It would be posible in Profile Modeler. The cnc operator woud probably have to set the bit as a costum bit. We coud probably try this next week !!! :D

I'm CNC operator where Roger works.
We got it to nest, but it nests it with outline cut which we cannot have.
The material that we are going to use is same size as the finish product.
Can this be done on the CNC??? If it can how?
