Have never had this problem before with wd/robe rails, guess I'll have to use a display panel or board stock so I can show it to my client with dimensions

help with display object
Starting a simple wardrobe but the sample HSF closet rods are not showing up in the LDE
Have associated them to the cabinet,render and presentation view are OK but just dont show up in the LDE except for a small dot each end.Am I missing something ?

Thanks Wally ! works a treat had XP on my old rig and know have to work my way around windows7 I still would like to know how Scott saved the ESA of that ss rangehood by doing an export selection to save it as an HSF. Think I need a step by step guide on how to do this if you can be bothered,really ...

Ok I get what your saying but when I download it how do I save it to ecabs where I can access it.If I drop down the save as option I can get as far as programme files/thermwood/ecabinets but can't get any further.Otherwise I save it in my downloads but don't know how to move it from there.Thanks for...

Hi Scott I save it off the forum to downloads but its saving as an ESA file not an HSF file. So if I go to display part editor and go to load it from there it doesn't show up on the list as it needs to be 'files of type STL/HSF' clicked on the drop down but no other file options. If I try to load it...

I seem to have lost all my sample HSFS. New computer and loaded ecabs and restored my files but missing all my jobs and sample HSFS that I have. They are definetly on my pen drive but can't seem to upload them on restore. Guess no one has any idea how to find my job files as no replys to my previous...

Just loaded ecabs onto a new laptop.Put in my pen drive and hit restore my files but cant find my job files under 'load an existing job'. says the file is empty. If I leave my pen drive in I can open jobs from there.Tried saving the job once it was open but once again can't find it.What am I missing??
