I wanted to use a display panel for a door I took it to part editor and cut a pocket in it for a speaker. Are you cutting out your parts by hand if so you could change the corner gap to 0 and check miter 90 deg. Corner. This would give you plenty to cut the 45s you are after. Thanks Rick that is what I will have to do but this method will not allow me to have the door actually on the cabinet without making it an assembly.
