I wanted to use a display panel for a door I took it to part editor and cut a pocket in it for a speaker. Then I needed to take it into constraints manager to make sure I had all of my dimensions correct but the only parts that show up are the cabinet parts with PE cuts. So I tried a display panel b...

After taking a closer look at the doors they are sizing properly it is the profile that is giving the elusion of the extra gap

Are you cutting out your parts by hand if so you could change the corner gap to 0 and check miter 90 deg. Corner. This would give you plenty to cut the 45s you are after. Thanks Rick that is what I will have to do but this method will not allow me to have the door actually on the cabinet without making it an assembly.
