corner cabinet toe kick
toe kick .jpg I can not figure out why the toe kick notch is 1/4" shorter on this side. I've used this same cabinet for several years without a problem. I cut this cabinet today and both ends cut like this but Ecabs only shows it on the left. The only recent changes were I added some screw hol...

Same problem here, mine stalls when I click the calculate off-fall button. Even if I don't move anything in the nest.

Re: Can't have 2 faceframe thickness materials?
Try this work around. Design your cabinet with the thick stiles, delete top bottom and mid rails. On page 2 of face frames change add mid rail to your thinner thickness material and add them to the cabinet to replace the rails you deleted.

Re: Diagonal corner cabinet problems
Not sure why but change if you change your blind dado placement from 2.19" to 2.25" it will fix your cabinet.

Re: Stuck on scrap part recovery
Thanks Larry I cant reproduce the add issue today either but did several times Friday. Reloading the software today may have corrected it.
Clicking the OK is how I am leaving the Load screen, still keeps scrap part recovery on unless I clear all.

Stuck on scrap part recovery
Control Nesting v5.88 If I load a .twd or .dxf and check the scrap part recovery box then nest everything is fine. Go back to load screen box is unchecked but it still nest the parts separately. Also if I add another .twd it only nest the first one loaded. Turning off the parts on the first and nest...

Re: Just purchased a 2004 Thermwood CS40
Hey Andy, I have '06 CS40 with I'm guessing is the same blower. It works really well. I cut a lot of 1/2" Columbia prefinished at 600ipm with a 3/8'' 2 flute compression bit. I have my double pass set at 8" max part size and 4" min for leave skin. I could probably go less if I set the...

Re: EMER STOP
I had the same problem last year. Try to clean the retention knob on the tool holder or change to a different tool holder.

Re: Thermwood Adds "Personal Pause Button" to YouBuild
Kerry, From what I understand its part of the You Build upgrade. I believe it's designed to save production time by getting the operator away from the controller to do other jobs but still be in control. There is a lot of interest in You Build here. I am mostly a cabinet and part cutting shop so I d...

Re: Thermwood Adds "Personal Pause Button" to YouBuild
It works with both. I had a chance to use it today. It's a lot better than hitting the e-stop and you can do it from across the shop. Another feature is that the hold down vac stays on while the machine is paused. E-stop shuts my vac off, I'm assuming it does the same on all of them. I'm not sure if...

CV V5.65 adding Cut Through Depth
Cn is adding the cut through depth setting to chain commands (compin and compout) at the last line of feed even though the chains are not set to outline depth.
Thanks,
Joe
