router bit question
we are trying to cut 1" cedar on our router. we used a 3/8" 3 flute bit (broke 2 of them). and then we moved to a 1/2" 2 flute chip breaker (broke 1 on of them). now the question is what is the best bit to use for 1" cedar, feed rate, speed, and spindle speed? thanks

we are going to cut out vanity tops out of corian. the question i that we have 1/2" dados and it wants to use a 1/4" bit. and also it wants to cut out the sink hole with that bit. how and if possible can we get the machine to use our 3/8" bit to cut this?

i have a problem loading this room cabinets. the problem is that when i load the program i get an error message and do youwant to send it. so loaded each part separately and found that the doors won't load. i'm using 36 on the controller. i tried to load 38 and had problems loading it. i did talk to...

controller question
i'm trying to nest a bedroom cabinets. the qestion is that i load the program and i get an error message and the controller shuts down. the problem is in the doors are not nesting. i'm using mdf and changing the doors to 3/4 plywood. i've had a problem in loading update 38 so i'm still running on 36.
