Greg,
There is no downloadable library for hardware into eCabinets. There are a few 3D downloadable hardware items you can get from the update page http://www.ecabinetsystems.com/ecabinet ... pdates.htm.

Re: Program shuts down
Jeff, In Settings/Preferences, is the box for Disable Crash Reporting checked? If so uncheck it and see if when the software crashes it gives you the option to send in a crash report. If it does, send in the report and post back the time and date you sent it in so we can match it up to your account....

Re: Help with new update
At what point in the install do you get the error? Or is it right away after double clicking the install? My initial thought is to delete that installer and re-download to make sure there wasn't an issue when downloading.

Re: Lead in/out on final pass when roughing
Stuart,
Should have this corrected for the next version of Control Nesting.

Jeremy,
Ignore that email I sent you for the moment, I need to look at something first tomorrow morning to make sure it won't be tool changing a whole bunch.

Re: CN Feature request
Hey Clint, to boil it down to the simplest terms, we would like to be able to use a 1/4" tool to cut the parts free from the sheet, after the skin pass that is made with a 3/8" bit. This is not possible right now, as it only allows one roughing tool and one outline tool...unless I'm missi...

Re: CN Feature request
Jeremy, I'm not certain on what you're asking for, it seems like it is already there as an option for roughing. You can pick your outline tool as your final tool, your roughing tool for the first tool. You can double pass everything, check the box in roughing for Leave Skin if Double Pass Part, then...

Re: CS41 Control software version
Clint, thanks for the info. Was just curious if we could do a software upgrade for maybe a few hundred dollars to get a couple of the additional features (like you said). But if it means new hardware, I'm sure that would run into the thousands. The machine works fine as it is, it just keeps on keep...

Re: CS41 Control software version
The control software version we have on our CS41 is 7.2.1.8. What was the newest version of the control software for this machine, and if it's newer than what we have, how could I go about getting it? All I see on the Thermwood website are QCore updates. Thanks! Jeremy, Prior to version 8.7, whatev...

Long as the dialog is selected you can press escape and it will go away.Donald Thomson wrote:Those intermittent issues are a real pain to find. I understand. It certainly doesn't stop a user from working. I normally just move the dialog off the bottom of the screen out of the way and keep going.

Re: Constraint manager bug?
Jeremy, I see the same thing, I reported to software engineers. If you are desperate to make it work, looks as though as long as you don't set it to the exact toe kick height it works. Example, 5" on a 5" toe kick will error, 5.001" for the constraint on a 5" toe kick will work. ...

Re: Progress bar glitch
If we could get it to happen more than once every 6-8 months we would at least have a chance to figure out what the issue is. But, if you can get a cabinet that does it every time and the steps or changes you are making that leaves the dialog hanging, we can at least try here on various computers to...

Re: Creating Doors With Alternate Framing Sizes [For Presentation]
I am trying to create a shaker door that has 2 3/4" framing that will show in renderings and drawings and that will size with the cabinets. I am aware that for cutlist purposes it can be done in the "Details For Cutlist" section but I also could use something that shows up in present...

Re: Removing toe kick and loosing geometry cuts
Sorry was on the road and usually just check forums for emergencies when I'm traveling. When a toe kick is removed, the configuration of the ends are changed losing or adding data for boundary locations. The part editor cuts reference these locations so they must be removed to reset the part. Not to...

Re: Nest rectangular. Edge Banding onn oposite side
Mark, Haven't dug into the labels one yet but my day is getting away from me so I want to post to let you know about the profiles issue. There is a bug with profiles and Rectangular Optimization when it is set to Closest to Home. With it set to Furthest from Home the issue doesn't seem to be there. ...
