Re: Progress bar glitch
If we could get it to happen more than once every 6-8 months we would at least have a chance to figure out what the issue is. But, if you can get a cabinet that does it every time and the steps or changes you are making that leaves the dialog hanging, we can at least try here on various computers to...

Re: Creating Doors With Alternate Framing Sizes [For Presentation]
I am trying to create a shaker door that has 2 3/4" framing that will show in renderings and drawings and that will size with the cabinets. I am aware that for cutlist purposes it can be done in the "Details For Cutlist" section but I also could use something that shows up in present...

Re: Removing toe kick and loosing geometry cuts
Sorry was on the road and usually just check forums for emergencies when I'm traveling. When a toe kick is removed, the configuration of the ends are changed losing or adding data for boundary locations. The part editor cuts reference these locations so they must be removed to reset the part. Not to...

Re: Nest rectangular. Edge Banding onn oposite side
Mark, Haven't dug into the labels one yet but my day is getting away from me so I want to post to let you know about the profiles issue. There is a bug with profiles and Rectangular Optimization when it is set to Closest to Home. With it set to Furthest from Home the issue doesn't seem to be there. ...

Re: Nest rectangular. Edge Banding onn oposite side
Hi Guys. The rectangular nesting does appear to be more efficient. I've used the new nest rectangular optimizing a couple of times now. Both times the edging on the labels has printed on the opposite edge to which it is meant to go. Has anyone else encountered this? Can you get me a job for this on...

Re: locks not working on left right stretchers
I'll give the issue to the software engineers, however there is a more preferred way to go about what you're doing. Part of the issue is that Rotation is unlocked so the stretcher is allowed to rotate with any change. However, locking rotation forces a 90 degree rotation. The better way would be not...

Re: Hardware folder missing
Thanks Clint, I had a senior moment and didn't think about the Home button, everything is good now. No worries, happens to the best of us. I was actually seeing the same issue and talked to the software engineers. Came up that I had manually copied files rather than using Backup/Restore feat...

Re: locks not working on left right stretchers
Can you post the cabinet so I can take a look at it? If you don't want to post it you can email it to cabinets@thermwood.com. I'd need the cabinet before removing and readding the stretcher(s).

Re: Hardware folder missing
My initial guess is that you copied data from one computer to another, but didn't get everything. You can rerun the installer for the items available here http://www.ecabinetsystems.com/ecabinet_systems_updates.htm. Make sure eCabinets is shut down when running the installer and you should get a pro...

Update has been released. You should be prompted in eCabinets and can get the latest from the website. Should be 6.2.10.3.

Re: Magic Doors!
Having trouble with door positioning, maybe its my process- you tell me ;) Begin with a standard frameless base cabinet. Change the size to 23w, 84h, 18d. Set detached 4" tk. Add a fixed shelf, and position it such that the top opening is 23.375. Apply double doors to this opening, and change ...
