We do almost exclusively solid surface on our machine,everything from countertops to boxes even signs.We've even had a guy bring in some marine grade plywood and a program to replace the deck of his boat!

We get it too where the router ramps into the cut(we are a solid surfaces shop and more often or not this seems to be on a seam).It also happened alot when we first got the machine until we switched from a climb to a conventional cut(in settings on control nesting).

Went through the hullabaloo as if the x axis belt had jumped a tooth...made some phone calls...never thought to check if proximity sensor was working, it wasn't in fact it was broken at the tip.A few hours of messing around for a simple fix if only I had thought...
