Re: Any thoughts on electronic newsletter
Hi Guys, The magazine was extremely expensive and a e-newsletter has been on my mind since the last copy of the magazine. I don't even do print ads anymore just because of how expensive they are, only banners. Let me think about this because I have a million ideas of what we could put into these new...

Re: Website
Hi Jean,
I think the website looks great. I had some problems in the gallery area as the pictures wouldn't show but other than that, the site was fast and easy to navigate. Next step would be to create a Twitter and Facebook account and possibly a blog.
Good Job

Hi Rick,
That part # doesn't look familiar to me but I have never had a problem with any of their other products.

Re: Barb Dado
Hi Neville,
Kerry is right. We tried the barb dado construction on plywood, MDF, and PB. Plywood and MDF worked but PB didn't work as the barbs would flake off due to the density.

Hi Rob,
We normally use .015" - .02" as the fit clearance. I don't know if I would go any smaller than that. It really is going to depend on what works for you.

Re: Barb Dado
Hi Guys, There is only 1 tool that takes to create the barb dado. We currently have a .25" dia. tool available and working on a .3125" dia. tool. The Barb Dado worked very well at the IWF show. We cut at least 2 units (1 unit is 45 sheets) of plywood from Columbia Forest and had cabinets s...

Re: Enviro Plus
Hi Neville and Kerry, We used eCabinets to create the furniture library and once an order came in, someone would load the products into the batch, output the TWD file and then send to the machine via the network. This is how Quickcut came about. Are you talking about the online configurator? We deve...

Re: Adding a new topic
Hi Gary,
I'm not upset just wanting to make sure that what we have doesn't get lost. My feeling is that once we add an Installation forum, then comes finishing, assembly, business management and many other forums that will take away from the eCabinet Systems and Thermwood forums.

Hi Gary,
I feel that by adding new forums for every subject, your now scrolling through pages and pages of different forums with only a few posted topics. Let's start a discussion about this and see where it goes.
thanks,

Re: The Nearly Complete Guide to eCabinet Systems
Hi Gerry, The problem we had with USPS is the uncertantity of the package arriving at the specified address. This was the way we shipped the eCabinet cds (since V1) to everyone in North America and the amount of cds that were "lost" or were sent back was outstanding. I remember having to s...
