Did you push the small black button next to the battery to reset the bios?
Take the memory sticks out and spray the contacts with electrical contact cleaner and put them back in and pull then out a couple of times
that worked great for me last time

Replace the onboard battery, on the mother board, if that doesn't work let me know I have a couple more fix's

as I profile the glass opening edge, in addition to rebating, the back for glass

Like Daniel, from programming, told me, one time,
8 hours a day, of programming and running the machine, is about all, anyone is good for.
After 10 hours, you will be lucky ,if you can get the machine, to start.

What are your speeds and feeds on this job. I do this all the time on, solid wood. I use Vortex tools with down spiral. Chip Breaker, Rougher, or finisher, adjust tool, for needed edge surface quality. These tools last for all day. If you need smooth edges, try a 5/8 down spiral rougher, followed by...
