What brand and model of KD fasteners do you like to use ? What special tooling is used? I do not have a drill block.
How does this method KD fastener, compare to blind dado and pocket screws, for shipping to the consumer for final assembly?

Thanks Brad for clarifying things I agree with your comments. Although this is not the same specific problem as the post I referred to. After 7 years and hundreds of hours struggling with dxf files, calling tech support, begging for help almost every job. A year and a half ago I bought a copy of Aspire and have not had to call tech support one time. Do yourself a favor. I hope I never have to go back to working with layered dxf files

Aspire will do that. Based on the feeds and speeds then you can adjust to your particular machine.

2 are used to bolt the control down to the table once you remove the spoil board you can see the threaded holes in the aluminum plate. the other is to keep the Spindle assembly in the home position

I think the model 400 produces 400 cubic meters per hour. It is designed to pull a constant 22 inches of vacuum

I always use the largest diameter tool that will fit the profile. To rough with the 3/8 ball I usually step over 1/2 the dia and step down 1/2 the Dia. at 500 IPM and finish with the 1/4 " use .02 or.03 stepover at 400 ipm on those small profiles you have I would be running from 3 to 4 hundred ...
