Re: Rotate Part in Part editor

Scott, Thanks for the solution. You are correct that is what I needed. Thus far I would have to take the file to turbo Cad and rotated it then bring it into the part editor. Too many steps. Pete, Thanks for your reply but in the help menu it says you can move parts on their x and y axis and rotate t...

Rotate Part in Part editor

I have been trying to get the rotate part on an axis to work with a diplay object loaded into the part editor. I have downloaded items from OSBORNE and they are not on the proper axis.. The manual says rotate is done with the right mouse button. I have not been able to get it to do anything. Please ...

Re: things seem a bit slower

This is what I am seeing. I build a 3 draw cabinet with Conestoga CRP-10 drawer fronts. If I do not include the drawer box it works great. Very fast. When I include Dovetail drawer boxes it takes about 2 mins to make any changes and the processing Drawer box dialog comes up. Then when I batch or pla...

things seem a bit slower

Since my upgrade to 5.2 the processing of changes seem to be a bit slower. If I change a draw front size the software goes through the process of generating drawer box etc and takes anywhere from ten seconds to 4 minutes based on what computer I am using. Seems that it has become more processor depe...

Using E-Cab to produce estimates

How many of you use Ecab exclusively to produce your estimates/pricing for jobs. Do you have it set up for your hardware? Are you costing price per cabinet or another way. Im looking for as much information on this as possible.

Thanks

Re: Problem Printing from Nesting

Thanks Justin but for now I guess there is no work around or fix? This really limits the ability to send a job to the floor for someone else to look at it, cut parts and assemble.

Problem Printing from Nesting

I have a cabinet that I created that I am trying to get the nesting to print. Some of the pages look ok and others are mirco sized. Is this a known issue or something new.

Re: mac computer

This helps me make up my mind not only on ecab but on what laptop to purchase. Looks like a new macbook pro with 4 gigs of ...
