Here is a similar label type for the DYMOs using the original LETTER+LETTER combination to designate cabinet 'number'. Replaces the SYMBOL.
Supports cabinet numbering from 'AA' to 'ZZ' (676 cabinets). Available with and without RECUT barcode.

Re: sheet yield incorrect
Not really a "useless" number to know, but perhaps a future release could indicate "Yield with Off-Falls" and "Yield without Off-Falls"?

Re: Cutting into adjacent parts
Rob, Gouges caused by angle parts are really a factor based on where the intersection of the two edges projects to. If the projection leads to the exterior of the sheet or to a waste area, then you would never notice. The projection is due to the machine extrapolating the offset of the two edges to ...

Re: DXF pocket behavior
Stuart, I have not checked how you are doing it yet, but I usually advise our clients the following when it comes to Layered DXFs... CIRCLES – aka closed arcs - When used on a DRILL layer (a “hole”) should be a one-part entity. When used on a POCKET layer, it must be broken into at min two pieces (2...

Re: Colored symbols on labels
Nice option - If I am not mistaken, a 2-letter code (UPPERCASE) could allow for 676 unique cabinet identifiers. (26x26 -> AA,AB,AC,AD,...BA,BB,BC,BD,... ZA,ZB,ZC,ZD,...) In many combinations, looking at the 2-letter permutations "upside down" (inverted) would not be an issue but, depending...

I did this in Vectric VCarve Pro in about 5 minutes. Imported the raster image. Traced the raster image. Quickly fixed up the vectors. (Could use a little more "massaging".) Defined a "Profile" tool path with "square corners". ekocabin (Vectric VCarve Pro).png

Re: Hp Printers - No leaders
Just some stabs here.... Try checking the Printer Settings in the Printer Properties under Windows - particularly any "Advanced" settings. Look at things such as an "Econo" mode, "Graphics Density", "Halftoning" or other settings that could effect the "da...

Re: outline breaks mortise shoulder for blind tenon
Since it started happening more frequently, I too would think "core material adhesion" (less glue/resins holding board together).
You mentioned 16000 RPM at 600 ipm. Perhaps try increasing the RPM to 18000. Smaller bites might result in lower forces on the material.

Re: Laminate and melamin chipping
Dan, Since the RAMP LENGTH will affect the ramp-in angle with different materials, you may want to increase the RAMP LENGTH for that thicker material to achieve a similar " ramp-in angle ". >> Alternatively, you could leave the RAMP LENGTH alone and set just the PRE-RAMP DEPTH deeper by 1/...
