I am able to create the part and creat the profile but when the twd file is produced there is no part editor data in the file

In profile modeler I get a message of (No part editor data found) when I go to open a twd file

I not sure but I was changing my grid settingsjust before this occurred . at this point I have completely started over again reformatted my hard drive and reinstalling all software

Ever since upgrading to 5.2 every time I go to shape manager it crashes E cabinet software .
