Thanks Gene,
That fixed it. I never tried editing the buggy top, only deleting it. Once I opened it for editing everything returned to how it should be. Thanks.
Mark.

Things go buggy after countertops......
Does any one else have problems editing a kitchen after countertops have been added? This always seems to happen to me if I make changes after I have added countertops. I have realized this and try to keep a final version of the kitchen, without countertops. That way I can make changes to the plan w...

Exactly what I was looking for.
Thanks Dan. I'll give that a try.

Angled cabinets.....( angled top, not front...)
I am wondering if I can build a upper kitchen cabinet, with doors, to follow the slope of a cathedral ceiling. For Example, if I need a 28" wide cabinet, with a 30" tall right end gable, and the left end gable at 20" high. I can specify the left end gable to have a 10" inset on t...

Re: Wood range hoods....
I have no idea how I would do that. I have learned to use the program well for designing and displaying kitchens, but when it comes to 3d stuff or cad programs I am useless. To say that my skills in this area are limited would be an understatement. Non-existant would be accurate.

Wood range hoods....
Anyone have files for a wood range hood. Something that goes tight between the cabinets..... Attached is a picture the hood that I will be using. Pretty standard, I'm sure many other people are using the same style. The picture shows a 36" wide version, I will be using the 30" version. Sam...

Re: Upright fridge / Freezer .hsf files?
Actually I haven't seen anything in the display objects folder...only under the appliances folder... (side by side and top mount refrigerators...) Is there something I am missing? I am looking for a 30" wide fridge with one full size, single door. (no freezer compartment anywhere), and then ano...

Upright fridge / Freezer .hsf files?
Anyone have some files for an upright fridge / freezer? Preferably one hinged left and one hinged right, stainless steel.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Adding centre rail/style on doors...
Is it possible to add a centre rail or style to the doors? I cannot find it in the door options...
Thanks.
Thanks.

Latest update....
Why for updates that are only a license or time extension for the software is the file 42 Mb? I pity the poor guys using the software that don't have high speed. (I was one not that long ago...) If there are no changes to the software, and it is only a license extension (as with this update), surely...

Cannot upgrade....ARRRGH!!
Ok I have been fighting with ecabinets constantly for the last few days and have finally had it. I decided to put a fresh install on this morning. After trying most of the day I cannot get ecabinets loaded. I removed the software and re-installed 5.0. Now it will not upgrade to 5.2, and 5.0 has expi...

Re: More bugs.....
Sorry, I can't think of anything that I did that I don't do with every other cabinet / kitchen design. I am wondering if perhaps I am having some issues with overheating. I have been having more and more problems with Ecabinets lately... I have just removed the cover from the tower and with limited ...

Re: More bugs.....
That didn't work so well...... Things are a little hard to understand in that last post. What I was trying to show is that some of the numbers make no sense... For example, ecabinets thinks that I am using -2147483647 sheets of 5/8 Red Oak (that is a negative number, not a dash...) I have been reboo...
