Re: Finished job

Michael, That is very sharp. Great work, I really like the top section. Did you build the arched doors?

Re: Frame flush to inside

I build mostly framed and like the idea of the sides flush with the inside so I could use the router to drill the hardware holes, but how do you guys attach the frame to the case, now I use a full dado but am open to suggestions. How do you handle cases with two drawers above a pair of butt doors? 2...

Re: .dwg

Damon, Did you get the .dwg from Wood web? If so that drawing has over 19000 lines so it would take a really long time to load in the part editor.
If you need the one I sent scaled, let me know .
Now does anyone have a cool plan for a Pinewood Derby car that can be cut on the router?

Re: .dwg

Damon, you need to zip the file, or you might be able to trick it by renaming it to something like .txt . By the way I have a world .dxf if you need it. Joe

Re: Drawbar down switch has not closed

Todd, Joe, If you would have had a low air pressure problem the machine would have went into E-Stop and displayed a "Low air pressure/ VSD Fault" error message and it would have shown up on the PLC message screen. I hope this helps. Thanks, Thanks Pete, I would say you are correct about n...

Re: Drawbar down switch has not closed

Todd, Sounds like an air pressure drop. Be sure your air pressure is not too low or a kink in the line.
