Re: Resizing appliances

If it is an appliance that is in appliances in the "add an item\appliance" just single click the one you want, right below it a box will appear that says change size just like changing a cabinet size.

Re: 2 Files in NC format....How to change...

The G52L1 location would be used because it is after 901 and axis shift. You need remove the G52L1 for this to work. What you have now is G901 (moves X0,Y0 to pop up pin location) SET ZSHIFT=0.7500+WASTEBOARD SET XSHIFT=120.0000 (We have a 5x10 Table) (moves X0 120 back towards home)(Axis Shift move...

Re: DOVETAIL DRAWER HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you surface both sides of your waste board also? I have wondered about that, Does that make a difference? Shouldn't the top be flat regardless as long as the fly cutter is removing enough material? By the way I usually do surface both sides but do it because I seem to get better hold down. Joe

Re:

I havent tried it, but I think this would work for multi-panel bar backs too. It would be great if Thermwood would add this feature to the software. Joe Well I got around to trying a bar back using the 5 piece door fixture. It took a lot of planning and filtering out extra parts but they turned out...

Here are both 1/2 and 3/4 as .dxf files. They are set up to be cut out using control nesting with a .375 bit. I have tried the 1/2 and it works fine. The other I haven't tried but is really the same with the tool path offset. Funny story, I made 1 set for my boys and another I gave to the local Rota...

I'm glad both incidents turned out OK and Mike didn't really have a heart attack. Mike you are probably right about the metal in the plywood but something caught my eye in one of the photos. See the small disk of plywood, I could see one of those getting stuck on the bottom of 3/8 bit. At 18000 rpm ...
