Jeremy,
Thanks for the heads up.... I was a bit surprised that it could have been removed.
Thanks,
Fred

Re: Printing Labels
Steve,
I'm with you on this... We've been throwing away a lot of labels just to get that off-fall label.

Re: A cardboard box
Ben, We use 1/4" down for the outline and a 90Degree V for the creases. I think I run the outline at 800ipm and the V around 600ipm. The cardboard dulls the bits pretty quick, but like you we had quotes from the box companies that were outrageous. I think I calculated that each box would be $45...

Re: KD fittings on a drawer box
Scott,Jason,
Thank you for the reply. I just drew them up in CAD and took the DXF to the machine. Good to hear it is fixed in V6. We are doing more and more of the KD stuff and is a real opportunity for us with the machine and eCabs.
Thanks again for looking into this.

A cardboard box
This is bit of a funny one... Going along the lines of Ken's Book regarding 1 off manufacturing, we are doing more and more KD stuff that we ship all over. With eCabs and the router this has become very easy and profitable for us. The one step in the process that is killing us at the moment is packa...

Re: KD/ RTA Fitting Question
Damon/John, A year or so ago we were asked to assemble and put together a large office that was nothing but KD furniture from a national brand. Two semi's full of this stuff showed up here. I took a bunch of pictures and kept all the instructions. In a number of cases they would have one Cam on a pa...

Re: KD/ RTA Fitting Question
John, I've often wondered about this so I just did a test on the machine and everything worked fine with the negative inset, so I'd say you are OK. I'm running the latest Control Nesting. I can't remember if you are sending these jobs out to a production sharing router? Even if you do in the future,...

Re: control nesting 5.48 update
Larry/Mohan, I figured this out. After studying the manual with the logic of the new settings.... I only had 1/2" tool setup for pocket with that material. The default "Minimum Pocket/Leftover Area" of new CN install is ".001^2" (I think that is right). Anyway it occurred to...

Re: control nesting 5.48 update
Larry,
I'm getting the same error as Mohan. This is a DXF file. This file worked in previous CN 5.47.
Please see attached for export and dxf file.
Thanks,
Fred

KD fittings on a drawer box
Not sure if this goes here or in 3-Axis... Have a cabinet with a drawer box with KD fittings. Looks like nests correctly in eCabs, but when I go to router, it wants to do a flip op and the KD CAM holes are totally missing. Attached is the drawer box. Using the latest Control Nesting 5.48. Any ideas ...

Re: Drawer Box Help
Bill, I'll take a shot at this question... The drawer box size when you are designing a drawer alone does not seem to mean anything. Chime in here guys if I'm wrong. When you place drawer fronts on a cabinet, there is a check box for including the drawer box behind the drawer front you are placing. ...

Re: Metabox drawers HELP
Ian, Looks good to me. You might want to put a little gap in there between the bottom of the drawer box and the deck/stretchers (unless you have already accounted for this in the hole patterns). I think BLUM likes a 1/8 gap in there for movement. We are switching to the grass system so I'll think I'...

Re: Corner Cabinet Door Handles
John,
Thank you very much. We use eCabs all the time but very rarely for presentation. So, to be honest with you I've never put pulls on the cabinets So.... this could have been a corrupted cabinet all along that I've been using throughout my jobs.
Thanks again,
Fred

John,
Here is the HSF. I just took the Standard Corner Frameless unmodified, applied doors and placed handles.
Thanks for helping me out with this.
