Re: Nesting update?
Any news on the update? Its been 3 months since our machine has been installed and we still can't use the HHP for what we purchased it for. We have some parts coming in that we want to duplicate and having the capability of the HHP would be great.
Thanks T.

Cutting out ovals.
Not to long ago I got the cutting out circle issue solved by splitting the circle into 2 arcs, today I tried cutting out a vanity top that has 2 - 19x17 oval bowls in it. I sent the DXF to the machine but the ovals are not showing up in control nesting. I used 2 seperate arcs to form the ovals on a ...

Re: Warm up Program
Did I miss something at training? Why do you need a warm up program? As far as oiling goes ours oils to much, I'm always wiping oil off the machine sides.

Would that be the nice lady at the front entrance to Thermwood who has a little disk making factory under her desk and always a bowl of good candy?

Crypt Acquire error.
I did the DAOinstall off the install disk as suggested in my last post and I'm still getting the Crypt Acquire error during creation off the TWD file. It doesn't happen every time, usually it's every third or fourth file creation.

When I break the circle into arcs I get the error " A common close point was not found for an outline operation" if I remember right all outlines have to be a closed entity.

Re: Flip Op jig?
Thanks for the reply Dan, before you replied I found the M999 macro in the macros folder of the c drive, I opened it and made the changes there and saved the file, I don't know if that was the proper way but it seemed to have worked because the values where there when I did it your way.
