Hey Forrest... We were using a high speed carbide spur drill bit (set in a 5-6mm collet). It was being used solely for drilling shelving holes. I'm not sure why it started slipping - we've been using it for some time and the nut seemed tight on the collet. We changed to a 5mm 2 flute spiral upcut......

We didn't actually send the part to the router...I pulled the shelf with holes and we drilled the cabinet on our blum press. The problem I was having with this particular corner cabinet was the holes were showing up on the wrong side of the right panel. We did have a problem recently with our router...
