Brian,
Taking the cabinets from the batch back into the cabinet editor and regenerating it works fine. It nests with all the wholes showing in the nest area. Previously it only showed one hole in the panels.

Mark, The collets should periodically be changed and cleaned. As a rule of thumb, they should be changed every 1 to 2 years depending on the amount of use. Mark, Your issue does sound like the one Forrest describes in his post. The way to test this is run a small piece using a conv. cut and then cut the same piece using a climb cut. If the ledge shows up on the conv. cut and not the climb cut, then we are looking at the same issue Forrest described. If...
