Re: Aspire export/import

Everything Dave said and a little more information. The post will be close for your machine, but it will get hung up at the beginning if you don't adjust the pop up pin output number. And remove the input call for pop up pins. Also there is no ZSHIFT in that post so you'll have to choose Machine Bed...

Re: Drill Hole Issues

Rachel, For your first question regarding the 5mm drill, make sure the 5mm drill is in the operation list before the 3.18 mm cutter. In general your tools should be ordered from largest to smallest. Control Nesting starts at operation 1 in Tooling and checks to operation 50. As soon as the Control N...

Re: Machining plam on 1 1/2'' thick pressboard

As you read the response below, keep in mind I don't do a lot of cutting. I do some, but not nearly enough to be considered "production". My initial thought is the 250-300 ipm is too slow for a 1/2" bit. Going by Onsrud's chip load calculator located here http://www.onsrud.com/files/p...

Re: Duplicating cabinets for better nesting.

Hi all, I am making seven kitchenettes and have created one of them (which comprises of three cabinets and a benctop). Is there any way that I can multiply that kitchenette by seven to get better nesting and less waste, or do I have to create it seven times in the same room to do so? Thanks--Mick. ...

Re: How to get version 6.2

Andy, There shouldn't be any issues losing files or settings. If you haven't lately (or ever) taken a backup from eCabinets, I highly highly highly suggest you do. The backup will grab important files and settings in the event of a hard drive failure. I highly recommend creating the back up and stor...

Re: How to get version 6.2

That is very possible. Most of the time my internet is amazing but today its really bad. I tried looking for the files to try them again and could not find them in that folder. do you have any suggestions on how to proceed from here? You'll have to start the download again. The download most likely...

Re: Print Engine Error

Just out of curiosity I tried the export option at the machine and the desktop version. Both display the error. Never use export but there does seem to be a problem there. We are aware of the issue, just haven't made it there. The export option is Window's way of creating a PDF. There are other opt...

Re: How to get version 6.2

Do you have slower internet by chance? I believe I've seen something like this when at a customer's and his internet was quite slow. Slow enough to the point that the files were downloaded but not packaged back together.

Re: Print Engine Error

Can you post a screenshot of the error? When exactly are you getting the error? When opening Control Nesting, when printing labels, during the CNC file running? Is this on the machine or on a Desktop Edition of THM?

Re: Profile Modeler crashes THM when viewing parts

Does THM give you and option to send in a crash report or does it go to the Windows version of the software is crashing? Also what version of THM are you on? You can find it by going to Help and choosing About SuperControl. Can you post an export of a job that does it as well as the .twd so I can lo...

Re: door not getting profilfed randomly

I see the same here and will get it listed for the software engineers to look at. Thomas, We had the same problem, where doors were randomly not getting profiled. Are you using the latest version of Control Nesting? If so, TADA! Found your problem. Seems like Thermwood messed up something in that up...

Re: How to make glass

Jeff, Check the box for Transmission On right below the color choices so you can see through it. Then you can play with the color values to get the color of glass you are looking for. 255 for each value will make it invisible, then you can take away some blue and green to get the color you want. -Cl...
