Do you have slower internet by chance? I believe I've seen something like this when at a customer's and his internet was quite slow. Slow enough to the point that the files were downloaded but not packaged back together.

Can you post a screenshot of the error? When exactly are you getting the error? When opening Control Nesting, when printing labels, during the CNC file running? Is this on the machine or on a Desktop Edition of THM?
