Re: Joplin, MO. Tornado
Glad to hear this missed you, what a mess, I cant imagine. There is another fellow that is a member of the CMA by the name of Tom Meadows, he is also in Joplin, and missed the brunt of this storm. He posted this link that really shows the devastation, unbeleivable!!!!http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/...

Ran into a couple of real winners to begin with, so I am giving this guy a little extra room.

Re: Low activity on the forum
Hey Gary, I am still here and using e-cabs everyday!!! I cant say I havent been guilty of a direct call to Kerry the other day, or a call to Ryan, but I just really don't have any problems with the software. A couple of things I would like to see improved/changed to my methods, but as it is, she is ...

I also know you can lay your template on your router and trace it with a pointed tool, then use tool offsets, but I have yet to do this so I dont have...

I am in the drawer box editor and have made a melamine drawer box, when I try to take it to the edge band editor I get a error saying,"This cabinet does not have enough data to edge band its parts"
I have regenerated it, closed e-cabs and restarted, etc..
Never seen this one, any help?????

Re: Face Frame print outs?
yet another reason to abandon face frames.....
Seriously, I just take the cabinet into face frame editor, print the picture and then hand sketch the needed dim for assembly.
I build frameless mostly, but still have a mix of face frame on most jobs

Brian,
I use part editor and then swap tools, kind of the same thing.
I just do it in the code instead of physically.
I will some day probably steal your idea, thanks

Re: Sheet Material at Odd Thickness
Hi Darrell, your thickness really wont matter for your slab drawer fronts/doors.
If your cutting on a thermwood, just use your standard material thickness and then change the material thickness when writing your twd file.
