Hey how's it all going? On filp ops when it does Adj shelf holes it only uses 1 drill to drill the holes and when it needs to drill 5 holes it drills 4 then goes and drills the other set of holes then comes back to drill the 5th hole. Why does it do that and why cant it use more than 1 drill to do t...

Hey Ronald

You might want to put this post in the ecabinets part of the forum. The Thermwood part is mostly about RN and thermwood machines.

And you might get a quicker response from some one if its in the ecabinets part of the forum

Thanks

Hey how's it all going? I have installed build 7 in the weekend. I cut some parts today and when i took them off i had found that it had cut though the waste board which is 4mm. It had cut into the vaccum board by about 3mm. I just want to know why when a new build gets installed that it resets all ...

Why would you flip?

Hey How's it all going?

I had some shelfs which had a dado on them and nothing else but it made it in to a filp op. And i had an right hand end which had screw holes and adj shelf holes on the one end and it made the adj shelf holes in to another filp op. I am running RN 4.89

Info on the labels

Hey how's it going?

Just wondering if there is a way in one of the settings to tick off one of the things that appers on the labels. On the line where it says. Sheet: 1 Part:2 Cab: B1. I don't want to have the Cab:B1 showing on the label. Is that possable?

Thanks in advance

But my labels sometimes tangle up and that sometimes leads to some of the labels pealing off the roll and becoming useless cos they get dust on them before i have gotton to that sheet.

Hey Cameron I second your idea of that. It would save so much time if RN printed the labels for that sheet as it's cutting. I run sometimes 40+ sheets in a nest and the time it takes to get all the labels rolled up and get the sheets in order can take sometimes over an hour! My Bosses are asking me ...

Hey Nick

Thanks for that. It still would be easier for me and save time if RN could tell what line the error came up so i can get it fixed stright away. Because its still time spent scrolling though the code trying to find out what the problem is.

Thanks

CNC error code idea

Hey hows it all going? When i do a big nest (over 40 sheets and over 4000 lines of code) and an error comes up when i write the code i have to go though all the lines of code to find out whats wrong. My idea is can it (when the error comes up when writing the code) can it tell the user on what line ...

Printing labels from RN

Hey hows it all going?

When i am about to print the labels and sheets of a nest on the controller i press Alt-P and the print sheets and labels box comes up. But also this new RN manual also comes up at the same time. Is there any way of stopping the manual from popping up?

Thanks

Hey Nick

I am running 24m feed speed and 16,000rpm on chipboard and on mdf it runs at 14m feed speed and 16,000 rpm. Just like New Zealand rugby players our board might harder than South Africas (or soft!) Glenn from oz also uses the same cutters as i do i think!

Thanks
