Re: error in buid 3

I updated the eCabs yesterday to build 3, and if i try to make any change to the allready exicting cabinets, eCabs shuts down and Microsoft showes a error message. You mention "cabinets". Does that mean you tried several and they gave you the same problem? What change(s) did you make? I l...

Re:

Scott, The job contained a large countertop. In fact, my attempts to edit the countertop in order to round some protruding corners resulted in mis-shapen corners so I left them square. regards, Peter, The deleting of the assembly issue is resolved for a future update. That issue was related to coun...

Marvin, I think this will give you what you are wanting. I’m going to assume that you are adding pull out type drawers behind doors and not drawer boxes with drawer fronts: * go to the drawer box editor and select the complete empty opening that you want these drawer boxes in. * add the first dbx, a...

Peter,

Did the job that you were working with here contain or at least at one time contain \"countertop editor\" countertops?

John, The issue with this cabinet is due to the fact that the equal sign exists in the file name. It appears that the Hoops stream format is not liking the = sign during the load. If you rename the cabinet(s) without the = sign, they will load just fine. We will look into why this dislikes the equal...

Mark,

Load a job into Control Nesting (small one if possible) that you believe presents an ordering issue, then perform an export. Attach the export file here and I will see if I can reproduce it. You will need to zip the file to attach it to this forum.

Control Nesting: Odd Drilling Order

If you are experiencing odd drilling orders with Control Nesting: While working with another customer today, we have discovered an issue with “drill bank boundaries”. The issue can cause machines with out drill banks (or machines where group drilling is not used/setup) to machine drill holes in an o...

Kerry,

I was scratching my head wondering why this wasn't obvious to you and others and realized that the picture, “that use to be there”, depicting this positive and negative ability is missing from the page. I will get it back so that the ability is recognized. Sorry for the confusion.

Kerry,

In case you do not know, you can use edit molding to change these miters. That way you do not have to delete it and add it back. Just select the molding (one at a time) and look in the r-click menu for the option.

Justin, This is the same issue that I discussed in a post from Thom Davies http://www.thermwood.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5281 . Even though you are using both a post hole and a cam hole with the KD/RTA, it has the same problem because your cam hole does not break through the edge of the part. If y...
