OK, here are some specific cabinets and assemblies to make the problem happen. The 'wine grid' and the 'cabinet w-wine rack' cabinet. Open the 'cabinet w-wine rack.hsf' in the cabinet editor then open the assembly 'wine grid.esa' in the editor next and this should have the effect of flipping the bot...

Which file Rick, or both. It tool me a while to get the right files onto the site, I had to redo it a few times before I got the right ones up there. But that shouldn't really matter.

All my files are labeled with the version I made it with. If I use the cabinet in an upgraded version I will resave it with the new version as the last part of the file name, ie: 'thiscabfileV513.hsf' Saves time. You could also make a new (sub)directory for each versions cabinets in case when you sa...

FF part flipped over

This happens all the time since I upgraded from 5.0 to 5.1.2. Now I have upgraded to 5.1.3 and it is still happening. I have a bottom rail with a parts editor cut in it. It is my standard FF. It flips these over when I save them and I can't figure out how to flip them back. If someone can do it can ...

This is made wrong but....

This is made wrong but it looks right. What I need to make I can't really figure out how to do properly. What I want is a FF that has a panel on either end and a set of double (bi fold) doors. I cheated and made a face frame that was 1/8\" with a center style of the same width. How would I make...

End Panels

Is it possible to put a framed glass end panel (or door) on an upper corner cabinet. If so how. Thank you.

If you have a jump drive (pen drive, USB memory stick,) copy your files from your desktop to the jump drive then to the laptop. If you still have a problem the laptop computer would be more of a suspect than a corrupted cd-rom

I got around to my house because of the need to get some lumber. Here are the V5 cabinets that flip there upper and lower rails when adjustments are made o the cabinets such as chage door, remove drawer etc.

Walker,
I'll post two cabinets that have the same issue. One with the lower rail and one with an upper rail. I don't have the files right now at work. I'll post them when I get home tonight so you'll be able to look at them tomorrow. Both were created in V5 and act funny in v5.1.2 Thanks.

You sound like me. I hate upgrading to something when I know there are issues with it, and there are. I find myself using V5 more often that V5.1.2 when I do larger jobs. V5.1.2 doesn't seem to handle them as well. So what I did was make a copy of the whole Thermwood directory (folder) and called it...
