Arcs Post P problems
Hello everyone, I am trying to get a Post P working that outputs Arcs but the router seems to cut all over the place when I run the code that is produced. Could some one please take a look at the code and see what is wrong with it. I have attached the code and the Post P that produced it. Thanks, Ge...

Re: cuts the wrong size
Hi, I have worked through this trying all the suggestions. I get good results doing conventional feed with the G07F0 code. I have modified the Post P to insert this command and it all seems to work well. I have not got the Post P to output arcs yet but will pursue that as time permits. Thanks to eve...

Re: dowels
Hi Scott, It has been a while since I tried but I did try to use the KD option to do this. I think it allows for a given number of fasteners and max spacing. We have a pattern set up for the common depths we use and just use the boring machine to do the vertical boring on the rest of them. It is a s...

Kerry,
I would be interested in any solutions you might have for this problem. Would you be willing to share your solution on the forum?
Thanks,
Gerry

Re: dowels
Hi, We use both doweled & dowel & confirmat. Ecabinets does not support 32mm dowel drilling but you can make it work. It would be great if there was an option to add 32mm hole pattern to sides & patricians then go in and delete the holes you don't need. I think this has been on the to do...

cuts the wrong size
Hi Everyone, I am doing a job for a customer that has prepared the files with Aspire. The files require slots & holes cut to an exact size and I find the sizes are not coming out correctly. Interpolated holes are under size by .005" to .01" and the same with the slots. Is there a calib...

Re: KD fasteners and tooling
Hi Josh, We have used them in the past but I just looked for the part online & I see the flush version in 16mm has been discontinued. I guess I will need to find an alternative for the 16mm. I'll give the minifix a look. We mostly use them on 19mm lock dado closet parts so it is not something I ...
