Years ago when we 1st got our cnc. I had the same issue. Im not possitive since its been a while but im pretty sure I added a part clearance value and that solved my issue. Troy

Sorry It took me a while to get back to you. I modified my drawing and was waiting on the outcome from the shop.
Attached is a picture of the changes I made to my drawing to get it to cut perfectly.

The Update did the trick my part cut fine. Now the customer made some changes and added another pocket with profiled edge and I get "Sweep not possible" error box. Any ideas?

I was just looking back thru my post and noticed this one and figured I post again.

I fixed this error in the profile modeler, by changing the bit from spherical to straight.
