As far as I'm concerned that's a bug, or a setting I'm not familiar with. As a quick work-around, you might try adding a 1/2\" hole to the center of your hardware hole pattern. i.e. a 1/2\" hole with the same center and depth as your 35 mm hole.

Before we go chasing a bug that may have been fixed, what version of eCabinets and rolling nest are you using?

I don't route hinge cup holes, anyone doing this from eCabinets with success?

Bill, I think this would be considered a \"pocket\" and I suspect you don't have anything in the \"pocket tool setup\" on the settings page of rolling nest. Or if you do have something there, it doesn't exactly match the diameter of the bit as set in the controller's \"tool ...

If you use different materials for several panels input in rolling nest using the manual panel input, all the panels are created using the same material.

It would be helpful if rolling nest would insert safe restart points in the CNC file at the beginning of every sheet with a comment that was easily searched for like \"Restart 16\" for sheet 16. I wouldn't want to confirm the wasteboard thickness for every sheet, so a jump over that part o...
