In Ecabinets set the material to be bigger than it really is, e.g 1225mm wide and 2445 Long etc.

Also you dont want to have a 2mm collar as that moves the panels in 2mm from the edge and with nest to edge it kinda like a double negative.

We got it sorted the next day, and its as good as new! Not bad for a 6 y/o machine thats gone threw 2 major quakes!

Auto Lube Hose Broken

Hey Hows it going?

We've just had the auto lube hose break on the x axis and its getting fixed today, can i still run it with out the auto lube? just for like a few sheets not all day!

Hi Mohan

I'd try to regen the cabinet in ecabinets 1st and then resend it to the machine and renest, or Just edit the code to take out the holes.

Hi Marius I've had the same problem, we've had ours since FEB 2005 and replaced the X Ball screw, Our new one still has black and i mean real black grease coming from it where as Y has a grey. How long can the Machine Run for?

Hello!

We just got a very large job thats well over 1000 sheets to be done in 6 weeks. My question is there any time limit to how long the machine can run for? like for over heating and stuff? Cos its prob gonna be running for like 24 hours a day or more!

I found this issue when i took out hinge holes on CNR units. on a 3 door unit. If i take 1 hinge patten out and regen it a few times in ecab it doesnt turn up. if it does i write the code, then i read and edit the code by looking out for werid numbers. E.G Y-100 OR X1800 when i know these numbers r ...

i cant tell u really! as i dont really keep count! I'd say mayb 300- 400. or even 600.

I know 1 lasted a month ( till the guy dropped it!) and we cut alot that month! over 400 sheets of mdf!

We do when its ply wood. But most of our MDF or chipboard is .3 maybe up to .5 or down to .2 but dont think that would matter much.

Because Board can vary all over it i've always set any board i have to .3, E.g 18mm White board is set to 18.3mm, MDF is just 18mm. and all colour board is .3
