problem with the motor

I was cutting some plywood at 480 ipm, and in the middle of the cut the spindel motor stoped while the machine still moved to finish the cut and the bit snaped.
Is this something that happenes often, or is this a problem that needs imidiate attention?

Justin

check red oak sheets
the hardware holes are everywhere, and it looks like that some of the door slabs will not cut.

gruping doors problem

i am not shure if this is eCab or nesting control problem?
when we try to nest gruped doors and drowers it all gets mesd up, for example hardware holes get driled in wrong spots sometimes even outside the router table
did anybody else experienced this and how can i fix it?

thank you

hole patterns

Does anyone have problem with hole patterns, or is it just me?
They never seem to work perfectly. They are either not deep enough, or they are just slightly misplaced.
This goes for hinge and slide patterns!

I did couple more drowers yesterday and the same thing happened. I belive the reason for that is the radius of the dowetail bit. The radius in the set up needs to be .375, but the true radius of the bit is more then .5, so machine thinks that the bit is smaller than it realy is, and it causes the cu...

The whole cabinet was made out of bleck melamine and i had to change sides, railes, upper shelf and drower fronts to be different material!
