Re: Hogging away extra material in PM

Forest - how about making a tool that will perform your hogging operation? Apply it first and then apply your profile. I would think you would end up with 2 regions that you can assign different tool groups. I've done this in the pass to get small cleanup passes that the modeler wouldn't process aut...

5 pc door question

I have cut hundreds of doors with the 5 piece setupwith no real gripes except - MATCHING UP PARTS!!! The only way I have found to match them up is look at the door size on each lable. Which with 5 pieces for every door can take forever!! Door numbers don't make any sense! Seems to me that just havin...

veiw active topics

I recently had to have some work done to my computer. Ever since I got it back I haven't been able to click on "View active topics" and get any results. Is there something I need to reset on my end? Thanks

geting rid of the ' sign in the cutlist

Is there a way to remove the ' before each # in the cutlist so the number can be recognized? Replace will not find a match for it. I can remove manually - but that is time consuming!!

Thanks

Model 45 with rotary playback owners

I have a pending job that is too big for me. I'd be interested in sharing this job with other folks who have the right equipment. It could mean real good money for all involved, Provided it comes to pass.

Please respond to this post or with a PM.

Thanks

Cabinet height placement

Hi all,

I want to place some smaller upper cabinets on top of my regular upper cabs. How do I set the placement height so these will fit on top?

Thanks

Re: Five Piece Door Sizing Question

Kerry, I agree with you, It's took me lots of thought and trials to come up with the work around. I would also love to see the mid rail-stile option.

Re: Five Piece Door Sizing Question

Kerry, I never checked the panel size. All I know is that I end up with the right size rails and stiles and after the perimeter cut the door is exactly the size it should be as well as absolutely square. I just finished up this week on 40 doors and they all fit perfectly. I know it's not the perfect...

Re: Five Piece Door Sizing Question

Kerry, Here's how I do the doors to come out with the right size on the Rails and stiles. Let's say you want 2.5" finished size. Put in that you want 2.5625 with a .0625 machining allowance. Cut the stock at 2.625. The machine will profile the part to 2.5625 and then final machine the parimeter...
