Hi,

Did you shut down THM software before installing the update? What version of RN did you have before installing the update?

thanks,

Hi,

I have also seen different thickness within the same sheet of wasteboard. You can try to flycut the wasteboard but you can only do that a couple of times before the wasteboard starts to bow. Check to make sure that the wasteboard is the same thickness on all four corners.

Hi Guys, CV has a dxf export depending on what options you have. There should be a place to change the layer names within CV. Then CV will export the job with every part as a dxf file. You will then load the dxf files into RN/EL. So far, Cabnetware is the only software that does not work with RN/EL.

Nick, If you go to the thermwood website where we have the control nesting updates, it will tell you how to skip to the flip ops. Paul, I was messing around on the internet last night and decided to post. Unfortuantly there are no instructions for this however it is pretty self explanitory. thanks,

Hi Jeff, The sheet selection option was added in V4.61. With this option turned on, you can skip to any sheet in the job if you happen to shut down business early one day while in the middle of the job. This is a check box located in the Settings area of RN. Looks like you also get the feature to ju...

Hi Dave,

The graph will not work if you have flip operations as well. You will need to put a M02 before the beginning of the flip ops.

The difference is the upcut. On the mortise and tenon compression sprial you will have a .25 up sprial that will allow you to also cut dados. You will either need to change your outline pre-ramp depth or change the ramp in so that it is very short but not a direct plunge.

Hi Zach,

David is correct. One question though, what compression bit are you using? Are you using the mortise and tenon compression from Vortex? What is the length of the up spiral?

thanks,

Hi Nick,

Eventually we want to add Crystal Reports software to ours. There are license fees and other things that we have to consider when doing this plus the time to program.
