'Ramped' Pockets?
Is there a way to create a pocket with a 'ramped' bottom? I'd like to create slots for pocket screws on several of my parts. The bottom of the slot would be about 3/8" deep at one end, and ramp up to the surface of the material at the other end.

Grain Direction on Drawer Fornt Won't Stick
I've redone the drawer front on this cabinet a number of times, rotating the grain 90 degrees to line up with the doors. When I try to group the drawer front together with the doors, I get the error 'grain direction does not match this group'. Also, many times when I've gone back in to change the gr...

Re: Drawer Front Heights Changing
Thanks Kerry, I'll try that. (I would guess that that 's the answer).

Re: Drawer Front Heights Changing
Thanks for the replies. I've had this happen on several cabinets, most recently one with no stretchers or fixed shelves. I selected the one opening of the cabinet, chose a 6mm top reveal, entered the drawer front height, chose to adjust bottom, and go the correct drawer front size. When I went back ...

Changing Door/Drawer Front Style in Door Editor?
I can't figure out how to do this without deleting the existing, and redoing. I've tried highlighting a drawer front, then changing the defaul 'door/drawer selection', but it doesn't seem to change things. I'm sure this is an easy one, but what am I missing?

Re: Grain Matching in Nest
Nevermind, my error. I had redone the drawer front and not gone back and re-grouped it with the doors.

Re: Grain Matching in Nest
I'm noticing that the parts are being grouped together in the nest, but that on the several cabinets I nested, the drawer front is placed at the bottom of the doors. Anyway to keep them in the correct orientation?

Re: Drawer Front Heights Changing
There are several fixed shelves in the drawer opening (parts for my drawer system). I'm sure these are further complicating things. Is there a way to get the drawer front to disreguard these? Something along the lines of setting them back from the front edge...?

Drawer Front Heights Changing
Often, when I go in to edit something on a drawer front, not related to the height, the height of the drawer front ends up changing. On the attached cabinet, the drawer front was originally set up at 157mm (appox. 6 3/16" tall) and has since changed. I can't figure out how to get it back to the...

Grain Matching in Nest
Fairly certain I'm asking for the impossible here, but...I have a job to cut that has grain matched, slab, doors and drawer fronts, all of which will be cut from 4'x8' sheet stock. Is there any way to have these parts nest in the right orientation so that the grain will, in fact, line up on the door...

'You can only edit one part at a time in part editor'
I get this message all the time when I select a part, and try to bring into PE. I unselect everything, select, what I believe to be, a single part, try again, and often get the message again. I there a way to select parts that avoids this? Thanks.

Thanks. It would be a nice feature, and save several steps. Hopefully they will add it.

Knob/Pull Hole Pattern
Is there a way to associate a hole pattern with a knob or pull? I did a search of the archived posts a while back and didn't come across a method, but wanted to double check here also. Thanks.
