Re: THM desktop printing issue

Gentlemen,

Would one or both of you please send me a Control Nesting export that reproduces this print skew (please make sure you are using 5.81 CN).

Re: Can't find approapriate tool ?

Gentlemen,

As Forrest just mentioned, the latest Control Nesting (5.80+) will now attempt to pocket dados when an acceptable size range dado tool is not found. It's a great new feature, so do not do extra work making part editor dados just to achieve this. Let us know if you run into any issues.

Mark,

You are doing everything correctly. It does appears to be an issue with metric. I have it listed and we will resolved it as soon as possible. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Ahhh, that's where I was out of sync with you. Now that I am loading the Std Upper Framed, I am see your issue. I will get it listed and resolved. For now, if you regen the cabinet once more, it will correct itself. Thanks for the report.

Re: Issue with the F(x) feature in bottom inset for a deck

Scott,

Hmmm, I get 29 1/2" for the stile length and 34 1/2" for the ends. With a 5" toe height, this still seems to all be correct for me. You are using the Std Base Framed, correct?

Re: Issue with the F(x) feature in bottom inset for a deck

Scott, I am not sure if I fully understand the issue. It seems to be doing what it is suppose to do. My initial bottom f(x) inset gets set to 1.25" with the 3/4 Generic default material. Then when I change it to 1/2 Generic Dbx , the f(x) inset gets set to 1.5". This appears to be correct....

Re: Making Radius Display Cubes

Gentlemen, I see the issues described here and displayed in Scott's video. The first and main issue is that it still sees 3 entities after creating the 3" radius fillet between the two 3" lines (note that in the lower right it still says Entities= 3 ). When you fillet an entity to nothing,...

Yes, that should work for you. Works in my tests anyway. Let me know if it does not work for you.

Re: Issue with face frame cabinet and f(x) for shelves

Scott, Wanted to let you know of a work around in case you didn't discover it. If you add the adjustable shelf or partition with an f(x) formula already set, it will then work fine. Just try to avoid highlighting them to add an initial f(x) formula inset. Hope this gets you around the issue until we...

Scott.

Thanks for the post and concise steps. It appears this is happening for adjustable shelves and partitions. I will get it documented and resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Re: Why?

Had a phone conversation with Josh this morning and had him delete his history.mdb file from the C:\Rolling Nest directory and delete his files in the C:\Rolling Nest\SavedHistory folder. After that, all seems to be working correctly.
