Problem with label

I do not know if this is related but yesterday I upgraded control nest from 5.41 to 5.47. I am having a label printing problem now. In this case, it prints about 20 out of 70 labels then I get a printer error then after say 30 seconds, it starts printing again at label 1. I have selected other label...

Re: Assembly Marks on Toe Kick- Trashes door alignment.

I just had the same problem. I had a regular base cabinet. I added a partition and added the marks only to the partition. I could not get the doors to work correct. I deleted the doors, deleted the marks off the partition, added the doors and the doors are good. There is indeed something going on wi...

Re: machining laminate sheets

Judging by the numbers you posted, Your vacuum is good. It looks like you have a CFM problem. Here are my suggestions: A - Use a down cut bit, not a strait bit. B - Your spoil board (waist board) is to thin. This allows air to go through the board faster than a thicker board. I sugest a 3/8" wa...

Re: Siemens IR Module Fault

I had this same problem. It turned out to be a over voltage problem. I would put a meter on the incoming power to the controler. You want to be at 480 volts. Anything over that and there are problems like you are having now that show up. I do know that in the fall here, the power company must have s...

Re: Door/Drawer Front Designer Problems...

I had a similar problem. I was using two monitors. I found that e cabinets crashed all the time for me until I went into the windows set up
and told it not to extend my desktop to the second screen.

Now, I have no second screen but ecabinets has not crashed once since then.

My 2 cents

Hey Rob, I can comment on the depth not being set for the hinge plates. I use the 5mm system screws for my hinge plates so I have to edit the depth of the holes. Some people use wood screws so they would not edit the depth and just use the shallow holes as marks for their screws etc. I do not know i...

Re: Cut list

Thanks for the notes guys. I am wanting to creat my own door list showing only information needed by my suppiers. The doors do show up on the buy list but not in a very helpful format. There is information on that form that I would delete if I knew the location of that report and how it is generated...

Cut list

I do not use the cut list as such. It looks to me that the report for a price list is a simple HTML file. Is this the case and if so, is the cut list the same or similar? I would like to modify a cut list to only show door related items in a format I can use as a door order list. Can you point me to...

Dan, your first post here is the funniest thing I have seen in a very long time. I was in tears.

Thanks for that.

Re: The Nearly Complete Guide to eCabinet Systems

Thanks for this note Jason. I am using ecabinets to produce cabinets. Mostly via the batch module. I would like to learn more about the program becouse it does do a great job at making my cabinets (Along with the Thermwood router of course). I am using other software for 3d drawings, quoting etc but...

Re: Transfer program

Thanks All, I will do an install and get a new code.
I know that it cost the good people at ecabinets money for each code so I was trying not to have to get a new code.

Cheers

Transfer program

I have ecabinets on a computer and I would like to transferr them onto a new machine.
How do I go about that and keep all the information. Also, I want to transfer the key so I do not use up
another one.

Any help would be great.

Re: New Project

Very nice design Gary. Your price is cheap!

If you get the project, do not forget that the Flat screen needs very good vents.
I would leave a good part of the TV cabinet top open for venting.
