Re: barb bit and joint
I made some test cuts last night and it appears to me that a fit clearance of .02" is just right by the time you get glue in. I'll be cutting a small kitchen today using this setting, I'll let you know.

Here's a link to a video that should explain it. Looks cool. I'm waiting for my bit to get here and try it.

Just got the e-mail on the new barb joint/bit. Looks awsome. Are ther any considerations to take into account on the settings side, either in e-cabs or at the controller?
Thanks

Profile modler trick
I've been doing more work replicating old millwork over time and the shape manager in conjunction whith the part editer in ecabs along with the profile modeler on the controller is one GREAT combination. It's a money maker. I drew up a crown molding in the shape manager that I needed to duplicate, m...

Re: clipped corner cabinet
Nope Kenneth, I need a 20" wide 24" deep base with the right side measuring 20".. Now clip the corner at a 45. That corner will be a "finished" piece with the door to the left of that. If I keep at this maybe I'll make myself clear!!! Thanks
