Justin,
I do not see an answer from you yet as to the status of the "Furniture Network"? I was unable to find anything available to show an Architect I met today.
Is it still accessible or did it get the old RIP memo?
Thank you,

Re: eCabinet Systems V6
Thanks Jason for the update. I look forward to being able to edit a box in the part editor. I do agree wit Nick about the DXF importing being a little bit of a pain but you know what they say" Garbage in and Garbage out." It would be nice if you could fix them in the part editor or it woul...

Re: Used Thermwood Router
Well Steve, Did you get it? Were you looking at the one from IRS auctions? I was amazed that an older C40 5x5 would bring 20K but then again when I was at the Cabinet Industries auction, a few years ago, a model similar but a few years newer that would not even run and had no vac pump went for aroun...

Hey Dan, Rescuers have done a tremendous job here and it is a shame that they have to put their lives on the line for those that ignored the mandatory evacuation but I do Thank God that there are men and women who are out there saving lives because those are irreplaceable. We did OK. No electric at ...

Re: Bit for HDPE?
Michael, You are correct in your findings, I had the feed rate and rpm's up too high. This being the first time we had cut 1" thick material, we were not sure how deep to cut and found out that anything more than maybe a 1/4" to 3/8" was too much. We found that cutting around 300 to ...

Hey Damon, Sounds like you solved your own question and in less than 2 minutes. Excellent idea. Mine is a 5x8 so I just cut a 3x5 blank of melamine to give it an edge to lean on and cover the bleeder board. Keep them coming.

Re: Bit for HDPE?
Hey Terry, We use a 1/2 Viper with mortise tip to cut our HDPE all the time. Now we do not go all the way through but cut 3/8" in a 1/2" board at 700ipm+- with out a problem other than the occasional birds nest that will free it self typically. You may want to use an upshear on your 1st pa...

Re: Where do we go from here?
Michael, I wanted them to lock two sides so there's no movement. We are talking about lots of bottles here. The client was very happy and we learnt some valuable things from all that. I hope we get another one like this. It was all horizontal - no diagonals. The idea was to be able to use full shel...

Re: Where do we go from here?
Michael, I understand that control nesting has it's own forum but can anyone explain to me what possible benefit manipulating the nest in ecabinets will have if it is not done in conjunction with control nesting. I know there is a chance of confusing non machine owners but it really must be stresse...

Re: Where do we go from here?
Joe, The problem I see with that is the fact that the people who visit and participate in the forums is only a small percentage of the actual software users so a poll might not accurately represent the needs of the membership. Kerry Hey Kerry, I think that an additional section was added to the for...

Shelf pin holes in backs. I'll 2nd that one Rick. Another thing I asked about a long time ago was being able to make shoe cubbies so all your uprights are 1 piece and all your horizontals are one piece. They each have a full dado 1/2 the depth +bit radius and add maybe .030" to the thickness o...

Re: Used Thermwood Router
Hey Steven, 1st thing you should do is get the serial # of the CNC and call Thermwood service and find out about the machine's history. #2 is determine what you are willing to pay for it knowing what it's history is and what it may cost to bring it current with today's software. It may be an older s...
