Osborne Wood Products offers free CAD file DVD

Reading the STL file conversion thread and went over to the Osborne site for a look. They offer a DVD with eCab-compatible CAD files which you can order. Kerry - sounds like you finished converting their stuff just before they put this out there.. :? Sent for one today; we'll see how it works. If yo...

Re: Bottom molding spaced away from cab front

That did it! Muchas Gracias, Mille Grazi, Merci Beaucoup, Domo Arigato, Danke     I had the toe kick setting all screwed up - 5"float (height), -.75" inset and "No Toe". The inset must've been what was pushing the front base away. The combo didn't otherwis...

Bottom molding spaced away from cab front

Every time I try to add a bottom/base molding to a cabinet, the front molding is spaced 3/4" in front of the bottom rail of the cabinet. :?: :?: These are furniture-style cabinets with 5" wide bottom rails, and I specify a colonial base molding for the bottom. Miter joints left and right w...

Re: Can't start eCab as non-Admin user

Running XP-Pro/SP3 and all current updates (except the latest .Net stuff which I've been warned off of), eCab is 5.2 build 5. As I said I prefer to run apps as a non-Admin user whenever possible, but if that's not possible I guess I'll have to live with it. Dean thx for the info. You said Ver 5.2 an...

Can't start eCab as non-Admin user

Installed eCab on new PC while logged on under the full Admin user. Second username (same PC) does not have admin priveledges. Most apps will open and run, but not eCab. (Some others as well) WHATS UP ? Why can't I start eCab from another user logon? Do I have to reinstall? If I recall, install requ...

No top menu on eCabSys home page?

There is no top drop-down menu bar showing on the eCabSys home page :?: . Is this, too, a result of opening access to all the libraries? (I'll be in the thundering horde d/l-ing soon :) :) ) Tried to find Member Services w/o luck. :|

Mullion cabinet doors?

I need some mullion cabinet doors for a china cabinet project. Doors will have glass for displaying contents. WalzCraft has some very nice ones but don't know if they make DWG files available yet.Anybody else know of any?

Re: OT_Cabinet Clamps

These clamps are great for aligning/clamping cabinets, better than quick-grips or parallel wood clamps 'cause they flush the faces at the same time.
There are two different sizes sold, one is better for narrow stiles.

Re: Mboards & Processors

I recall telling a buddy ( when i was in IS full-time) that these things (PC and computer systems in general) will be really useful when they can give you an answer to a question or the result of a complex set of variables, faster than you can think of the next question or situation to propose. :rol...
