Using metric.
-100mm works for down and 100 moves up, works for me.
I can't think of why it wont let you, perhaps cabinet locks or opening locks?
Just thought.
Haven't tested but maybe distance between hinges?

I have just noticed that removing part editor cuts from entire cabinet also removes the part editor cuts from the selected drawer boxes as well. Yeah.
